She has a passion for transformative ideas that give brands a competitive edge while staying true to its core equity. Her roll-up-her-sleeves and dig-in approach involves learning everything she can about a business, setting a clear vision for the agency team, securing the respect and trust of her clients and colleagues and waking up every day in passionate pursuit of new ideas. In 2010 Nina was named the Chicago Advertising Woman of the Year by the Chicago Advertising Federation.
