Sharona joined BBDO in 2016 and has been a data-strategy and analytics leader for over 20 years, working across advertising, targeted marketing, media and CRM, helping to drive business growth for clients across a breadth of industry verticals.

Prior to joining BBDO, Sharona held leadership positions at MEC, RAPP, Experian, FCB and Digitas. She earned a Masters of Applied Statistics from Columbia University and is as much a marketing strategist as she is a statistician/data scientist.

Those who know Sharona describe her as someone who is most likely to say, “Let’s find a solution” and least likely to say, “It can’t be done.” She is especially proud of being someone “who inspires passion for the craft of analytics and insight.”
