Luke McGuinness is the head of Data Partnerships at LiveRamp and leads the development and growth of LiveRamp's IdentityLink Data Store. The majority of Luke's career has been focused on data and research in the marketing industry. Before LiveRamp, Luke was SVP of Data & Research at Collective, where he had responsibility for data partnerships, audience products and measurement initiatives. Luke holds a BA from Colgate University and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
