Director of Digital Insights and Marketing Effectiveness
Michael Wexler has been working on digital analytics for over 17 years, for companies (Citi, Barnes and Noble, Yahoo!, Microsoft), agencies (Digitas), and startups (e-Dialog). Though his first love is social psychology, he has spent most of his career focused on understanding how we interact online, and how organizations can leverage digital data to transform their business. From establishing one of the first web analytic teams to consulting with some of the largest brands in the world, he's driven to transform how companies use digital data to create relevant experiences for consumers. Over his 5 years at Citi, he’s worked on Global Digital Servicing and Marketing Analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling and Attribution, and is now Director of Data Science for Citi Fintech, a new group dedicated to creating new ways of working both within Citi to create innovative new services, and with partners to participate in the growing financial technology startup ecosystem. He is based in New York.
